"i’ve ordered from princess polly before…"
i’ve ordered from princess polly before and i’ve had great experiences with shipping but this time I’m very frustrated. I ordered a shirt for a concert I found out I was going to and so I paid for express shipping so it could get here in time, the tracking website kept saying it wasn’t getting any updates for two days and when it finally did it wasn’t even on its way. The concert is tomorrow and i’m worried it’s not going to be here on time. I ordered it tuesday and paid for 3-4 day shipping and now it’s saying the estimated delivery is next tuesday, a week after I ordered. I love princess polly and will always recommend buying from here, but not when you need something by a certain date.

I love the quality of Princess Polly and the style. When shopping I feel I can buy so many different styles from sexy, lazy and just straight comfy/casual. The price of some things are above my budget but I love getting many random discount codes that help with that.

Always great quality for the price you pay! One of my favorite boutiques, everything is true to size and customer service is even helpful ! Overall a great place to get clothes at such great quality especially when they do site wide sales!!(;
"Getting skamed by Princess Polly"
I am a student and I have saved up for this beautiful dress that i have seen on Princess Polly for a month I live in sweden so the dress arrived about 4 weeks after ordering I have ordered a black and a white dress both of theese where the same dress same size just different color. The dresses arrived and clearly the white one was a size bigger then the black but the tag said it is the same size… I reached out to them and asked If I could send the white dress back would they send back one with the correct size because It is not my fault they sized the dress incorrectly. They said no and told me they will pay me back but since I don’t live in the US I have to cover the payment for the return delivery. Wich came out to be half the price of the dress… For something that is the companys fault and I have saved up for a month I think you can imagine how sad I was about.

The worst company I have ever bought from. My package was expected to take 3-5 days. It’s been approaching three weeks and my parcel has not left America. Customer service is no help either, I was just told to keep waiting another 3-5 days.

"The sizes aren’t true to European…"
The sizes aren’t true to European sizes. I’m normally a 34/36 and I ordered a 36. It won’t even close half way. Now I want to do a return, but I have to pay the shipping myself and I won’t get returned the taxes that I paid. Which means that I paid €60,50 and only get returned like €35,00 or so. That’s just waisted money.

"Nothing but scammers…"
They removed my review months after I posted it because they deemed it “untruthful” since I didn’t provide documentation or something (they didn’t give me a proper refund for the returned items until I got PayPal involved…why is documentation for that necessary???) and I just have to say…don’t shop with these people. I had issues with a return and came on here to share my experience so people won’t make the same mistake I did and purchase from them because they’re terrible.

Never again.
Placed 3 separate orders on the same day (7/31) and they all arrived on 8/10…sent everything back that same day because of not liking any of the items, one of them being difficult to even try on because of a stubborn zipper I didn’t want to ruin. They received my huge return package yet for some reason there’s a delay in processing my returns that were all sent in one package. One refund was processed this morning, then another like 2 hours ago. Still waiting on the third and they’re not replying to my emails.
The fact that you don’t get all your money back is ridiculous and disappointing. Paid $70 to send everything back yet you still want to keep some of my money because prepaid duties can’t be refunded? I’m never shopping here again.

I only discovered this company this past year, and I am SOLD ! I was looking for a dress for the holidays and I was just blown away because their prices are so within reason and
doable !!!! The quality of most of their stuff is so above par for the course, and the customer service and refunds are such a snap, and so simple and so stress-free, And they also have such a huge selection, that you'd be CRAZY to NOT shop here ;)

Ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's birthday, as she wanted them so badly. On the 4th of April have received Evri(former Hermes) notification that the parcel was delivered yesterday to the address, when no one was in, when I asked PP to help and contact their partner Evri and chase them PP Customer service sent me an email that they are very sorry, but it's NOT their responsibility.
So essentially I have been left to deal with the cheapest and worst rated delivery company in UK for my own money I spent on the goods I never received. I have contacted Evri as well for the delivery evidence, but knowing that Evri has got an extremely bad reputation I don't think they will do something here, also there is my daughter birthday next week and she has nothing to wear now, so need to spend more money to buy something else.
My advice think twice before you buying from the company who has no responsibility for the delivery to their customers and using the cheapest service supplier like Evri, also prices are not included taxes, which are pretty high.
I hope that PP will do their best to find my parcel and get this sorted.
