"Cute Styles, Tricky Sizing"
I really do like the styles, which is why I keep looking, but the sizing can be a little all over the place. Like, I’ll order a size 8 and think, okay perfect, this fits great… then the next size 8 shows up and I’m wondering if I accidentally ordered something totally different because it’s way too tight. It makes ordering kind of annoying, because I never really know what to expect

I’ve ordered from Princess Polly a few times now and, annoyingly enough, it’s been really easy every time. The site is simple to use, checkout didn’t make me question my life choices, and my stuff actually arrived quickly. The clothes looked like the pictures too, which feels almost suspiciously rare these days. No complaints from me so far, I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty good deals if you catch a code"
I’ve ordered from Princess Polly a few times now, my gut feeling is that it’s worth checking back mostly for the discounts. There always seems to be some kind of code floating around, so I don’t feel like I’m paying full price. Checkout was smooth, the discount worked without any hassle, and I was happy with what I saved. I’d definitely shop there again.

"Adorable clothes, but the sizing situation is so frustrating"
I love the style of the clothes here, everything is super cute and makes me want to order right away. But it’s really disappointing because the sizes I need are almost always sold out. It’s such a letdown when you find something you’re excited about and then can’t actually get it.

Shopping on the site was simple, and the filters just made it a lot easier to find what I was looking for. I found my size without any trouble too. The only thing is that a few pages took a little while to load on my phone, but checkout was smooth overall

Wouldn’t buy it again. I ordered this dress hoping it would be cute and easy to wear, but the fabric was really disappointing. It felt scratchy and thin, almost like costume material, and it just wasn’t comfortable at all...

"Feels a bit samey lately"
I used to really enjoy scrolling through Princess Polly, but lately the selection just feels kind of limited. A bunch of the dresses and tops seem similar, just in different colors or with tiny changes. If you’re into that current trendy vibe, it’s probably fine, but I do wish there was a bit more variety. There’s not a ton for someone who wants something slightly different

"Order was spot on, just bad timing on my end"
My order showed up with everything exactly right, the items, sizes, and colours all matched what I picked. Nothing was missing or swapped out, which was a relief because I’ve definitely had that happen with other sites before. The whole process was easy overall. The only annoying part was just bad timing with when it arrived, but that wasn’t really on them. I’d order from here again.

"Quick and easy return"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size dress and didn’t have much time to deal with a complicated return, so I was a bit stressed about it. But it ended up being really straightforward. The store credit came through quickly, and I was able to use it on my next order without having to follow up with anyone. Such a relief when you’re already rushing around. Really smooth process overall, and it definitely makes me feel better about ordering again. 5 stars from me.

I tried ordering a dress and the whole checkout process was a bit frustrating. My discount code showed up at first, but then it disappeared when I got to the payment step, so I had to go back and enter it again. The shipping info also wasn’t really clear until the very end, which made it feel more stressful than it should have. I did end up placing the order, but just a heads up to anyone else shopping there: double-check your promo code and shipping details before you hit pay

"Kind of Regret Ordering Last Minute"
I ordered a dress for the weekend i’m kind of wishing I’d bought one somewhere else. It did show up eventually, but it arrived later than the delivery time listed on the site, which was stressful. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea if it was actually on the way or not. The dress itself was fine once it got here, but the whole delivery experience made me feel like it wasn’t really worth the hassle. Not awful, but I’d think twice before ordering again.

I had to send something back and the return process was quicker than I expected. Nothing too fancy, but it was simple enough and I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time figuring it out.

I ordered a dress and a few basic pieces, and they did look like the pictures and the fit was better than I expected. Shipping was quicker than I thought too, which was a nice surprise. I always get a bit nervous ordering clothes online because one weird fit or cheap-looking fabric can ruin it, so I was kind of expecting at least one thing to be off, but it mostly worked out. I’m happy with what I got, though I’ll probably still be picky if I order again.

"Cute stuff, but sorta room to improve"
I’ve ordered from Princess Polly a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. I do appreciate that they’re using more recycled packaging and offering some lower-impact pieces, it sorta makes me feel better shopping there compared to some other fast fashion sites. That said, I do wish they were more upfront about where everything is made, and I’d love to see more sustainable options across the whole site, not just certain items. Shipping was quick and the clothes were cute, so I’d give them 4 stars
